Educational Services
ImproMaths provides mathematics tutoring and educational resources for students studying:
- Singapore MOE Mathematics
- IGCSE Mathematics
- IB Mathematics
Lessons may be conducted in-person, online, or in a hybrid format, depending on availability and student preference.
ImproMaths aims to provide structured learning, stronger foundations, and greater confidence in mathematics.
No Grade Guarantees
ImproMaths does not guarantee specific grades or examination results.
Academic outcomes depend on several factors, including:
- The student’s starting level
- Consistency of attendance
- Effort and practice outside lessons
- The student’s individual learning pace
ImproMaths commits to helping students work towards their potential, but results will vary for each student.
Fees and Payments
Fees for classes, courses, or products will be communicated before enrolment.
Payments may be made via:
- PayNow
- Bank Transfer
Payments must be completed within the agreed timeframe in order to confirm or continue classes.
Cancellation Policy
Classes may be discontinued with one month’s notice or at the end of a billing cycle.Notice should be communicated through WhatsApp or another agreed communication channel.
Missed Lessons
If a student cannot attend a scheduled lesson, the tutor must be informed at least 24 hours before the class.
If a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours, the class will still be charged.
This policy ensures fairness in scheduling and class planning.
Refund Policy (Tuition)
A refundable deposit may be collected at the start of the tutoring arrangement.
This deposit will be refunded when the student stops classes according to the cancellation policy.
Apart from the refundable deposit, no other refunds apply unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Course Transfers
Course enrolments and tutoring places are non-transferable.
A registered student’s place cannot be transferred to another student.
Digital Products and Downloads
ImproMaths may offer digital resources such as:
- Ebooks
- Worksheets
- Online courses
- Downloadable learning materials
- Educational apps or tools
Digital products may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if a request is made within the stated period.
After this period, digital purchases are considered final.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by ImproMaths remain the intellectual property of ImproMaths / ImproAbility.
This includes:

- Digital downloads
- Courses
- Apps and learning tools
- Written content

ImproMaths is not responsible for disruptions caused by internet issues, device problems, or third-party platforms used for online lessons.
Limitation of Liability
